Supported Carriers: Participating carriers include T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. These carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Support Issues and Unsubscribing: You can opt out of Prize Frenzy Insider’s Club at any time by texting STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to {Insert Program Code}. Standard message and data rates may apply. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with your mobile phone number as the subject line. Ownership, Trademarks, and Modifications to Offers: Prize Frenzy Insider’s Club services and offers are legally owned by PrizeFrenzyInsider or its partners. Altering offers or removing proprietary rights notices is prohibited. Usage of trademarks should not cause confusion or harm the goodwill associated with them, except as authorized by a partner.

Termination: PrizeFrenzyInsider has the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice or future obligation.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Prize Frenzy Insider’s Club service is provided “as is” and “as available.” PrizeFrenzyInsider makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Factors beyond PrizeFrenzyInsider’s control, such as carrier networks and internet speed, may affect service performance.

Limitation of Liability: PrizeFrenzyInsider, its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Prize Frenzy Insider’s Club service, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages. If applicable law prohibits a disclaimer or limitation, PrizeFrenzyInsider’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceeding US $500.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold PrizeFrenzyInsider harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of this agreement or violation of laws or others’ rights.

Governing Law and Venue: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Florida.
